Built for the Real World—Not a Showroom
Inside, you’ve got a shortwave halogen element inside that quartz tube. Quartz handles the shock of rapid on/off cycles way better than ceramic, and it sends infrared energy where you need it. The halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you’re not chasing temperature drift. Just consistent heat, shift after shift. And we went with theR7s connectorbecause it’s the standard footprint for a reason. Solid contact. Handles high current without getting hot. It also makes installation a no-brainer—no messing with the machine’s socket. Plug in, run parts. That’s the kind of simplicity that saves you time when you’re already stretched thin.
What It Feels Like on the Line
On a PET blowing line, this lamp preheats the preform to the right stretch temperature. The 300mm length and focused heat match the heating zone geometry, so you get even heating across the preform wall. That means fewer rejects from uneven stretch and steady cycle times—no surprises. Now, there’s one practical trade-off to own: packing 2500W into a 300mm tube creates serious heat density. So your machine’s cooling system needs to be up to the job. Run it at full power, but make sure the cooling can keep pace. That’s the balance we chose—fast heat-up, dependable performance—without cutting corners.
