It’s usually a mix of thermal stress and those constant machine vibrations that just shake everything to pieces. We got tired of seeing that happen, so we built replacement IR bulbs that actually hold up. They aren’t fancy; they’re just tougher. One heads-up, though: running these at full tilt puts a real load on your power supply. Just double-check that your transformers can handle the draw. You might need to tweak your heating zone timers by a few milliseconds to get your bottle wall thickness exactly where you want it. Once you dial that in, you’re golden.
